Greetings Gettysburg Wrestling families!
We are excited to work with you to provide your team and individual portraits for the 2023-24 season.
A few things to note about your upcoming picture day scheduled for Wednesday, January 3:

• 
  We'll be set up ready to begin by 5:30!
  
  
• 
  Please arrive in uniform (including wrestling shoes), hair done, face clean, and ready to go.
  
  
• 
  We will be doing composite photos so athletes and coaches will all be captured individually on green screen. 
  
  
• 
  Please plan for your athlete(s) to attend picture date/time regardless of whether you choose to purchase individual pictures so that all team members are part of the team picture.
  
  
• 
  If you have more than one child in the organization and would like them photographed together please keep them together and let us know and we will capture a group image as well as their individual images.
  
  
• 
  Coaches with children in the organization, please have them attend with you and let us know upon check in so that we can capture a group image of you with your child as well as each of your individual images.
  
  
• 
  Purchase an AdvancePay credit to receive 10% off your total order.  Offer valid on credit purchases made through 1/3/2024.

•  In case you were wondering ... What is AdvancePay??
   AdvancePay is a virtual credit.  It's the modern day equivalent  to pre-paying for your photo order except you can wait until your pictures     are viewable to decide what products you'd like to apply your credit toward.  Once your credit is purchased, the order system tracks and       applies it to your order automatically based on the cell phone number tied to the order.
