Danielle Mosier Photography & Design is excited to partner with the Bermudian Springs Baseball & Softball Association for this season’s Picture Day(s)! We look forward to capturing your athletes, teams, and coaches and preserving these special memories for years to come. 

Please take a few moments to read the information below carefully to ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone involved.

Important ​Picture Day Information 

  • We will be doing composite photos so no combined team photos will be taken. Each athlete and coach will be photographed in 3-4 poses. Team photos will be built from the individual poses captured.

  • Coaches with child(ren) in the organization may be photographed with their child(ren). Be sure to bring them all together if they are on different teams!

  • Parents with more than one child in the organization may bring all children to the same scheduled photo time slot. They will be photographed both together and separately.

  • If you are unable to attend your team’s scheduled photo time slot, please contact us directly at info@daniellemosier.com to make arrangements for an alternative time.

  • Athletes should bring any equipment they would like included in their photos (hats, gloves, bats, balls, catchers gear, etc.)

  • NO CLEATS are permitted inside the fire hall. Please have your child wear their full uniform (including socks!) with sneakers instead.

  • Please be sure that your child(ren) are photo ready when they reach the camera station. Uniform straight, jersey tucked (if applicable), face clean, hair neat.

  • We utilize a secure, easy-to-use online platform to organize Picture Day and collect all photo orders. This system allows families to safely view photos, place orders, and submit payments online, helping streamline the process and minimize paperwork on event day. The information collected is used solely for the purpose of this event. Ordering details and links are included below.

Picture Day Orders

Professional individual and team portraits are available for purchase. We offer a variety of packages and products designed to celebrate your athlete and commemorate the season.

From now through May 6 purchase your AdvancePay credit.

What is AdvancePay? - ​We offer AdvancePay Credits for purchase prior to picture day.  This is the modern day equivalent to paying for your pictures in advance.  The credit is automatically applied to your account, tracked by the mobile phone number you enter when you register your account. Once the photos are published you get to select the images and products you'd like to order.

AdvancePay Incentive - Receive a 10% discount on your order with the purchase of an AdvancePay credit purchased of $40 or more. This discount will be automatically applied to your account when your credit is purchased.

GALLERY ACCESSS & STORE FRONT
You will receive an automated e-mail from the ordering platform, PhotoDay, with your gallery access code and information. If you are unable to locate this information please send us an email, including your player's name and team to info@daniellemosier.com.

**Please note that this email indicates May 4 for everyone as that is the 1st day of a multi-day event. Please follow the direct email that you received from me with your scheduled date and time.

BULK SHIPPING!​ The organization has opted for bulk shipping which means that all photos will be delivered to the organization to distribute. The ordering deadline will be announced when the photos are published.

You may opt to override bulk shipping and have them shipped directly to you if you desire.

FUNDRAISER!

Celebrate your athlete while supporting the club! Choose from personalized trading card sets or a 16×20 personalized poster featuring your athlete. These unique keepsakes are perfect for sharing with friends and family or proudly displaying at home. 

This fundraiser is a separate order/purchase than picture day orders and will be created utilizing the images captured at their regular photo day session.

A portion of every purchase is donated directly back to the organization, helping support its programs.
